Skyway Parts and Luggage stands behind our products and our warranty on materials and workmanship is typical of those in our industry. It is important to note that skyway luggage parts warranties cover manufacturing defects, but do not cover damage. Therefore, experienced travelers, while at the airport, examine their skyway luggage and parts carefully and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which they traveled. DAMAGE CAUSED BY AN AIRLINE OR THIRD PARTY CARRIER IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE CLAIMED TO THEM AT THE TIME DAMAGE OCCURS. By not following this procedure, the damage may not be covered under airline policy or Skyway's parts and luggage warranty. If you believe that your skyway luggage may have a manufacturing defect and you reside in the United States, please enter your zip code in to the skyway repair location finder. We make every attempt to use repair facilities that are conveniently located. We will make every effort to locate a secondary skyway repair facility, however one may not be available. Be sure to include your city, state and zip code in your request.
