Skyway stands behind our products and our warranty on materials and workmanship is typical of those in our industry. It is important to note that luggage warranties cover manufacturing defects, but do not cover damage. Therefore, experienced travelers, while at the airport, examine their luggage carefully and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which they traveled. DAMAGE CAUSED BY AN AIRLINE OR THIRD PARTY CARRIER IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE CLAIMED TO THEM AT THE TIME DAMAGE OCCURS. If you believe that your luggage may have a manufacturing defect and you reside in the United States, please enter your zip code in to our repair location finder. We make every attempt to use repair facilities that are conveniently located. If no repair facility is available you may contact our customer service department at (206) 256-1601. We will make every effort to locate a secondary repair facility, however one may not be available. Be sure to include your city, state and zip code in your request.
If a secondary repair facility is not an option you will be required to send your bag insured and postage paid to the closest authorized repair facility. Please do not send your bag to us. The warranty does not cover transportation charges.
