eBags Replacement Parts Policy
"We (ebags) unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items.

If you have purchased an eBags branded bag, we unconditionally guarantee your complete satisfaction for as long as you own the bag*. If you are not completely satisfied with your eBags product at any time, we will happily make it right. Exchange, Return, Whatever it takes. You have our promise. |
*Rolling Luggage, Professional Totes, and Crew Coolers purchased by Airline Crewmembers have a 5-year Commercial Use limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Excessive wear & tear is not covered.
- Determination of excessive wear & tear is subject to eBags' discretion.
- Crew Coolers seam failure is not covered.
- Continued damage caused by a lack of effort to repair the bag, or the failure to replace worn parts resulting in additional damage will not be covered.
- Example: Failure to replace a worn wheel, resulting in further damage to the bag and wheel chassis.
- eBags Replacement parts will be provided at no charge, subject to parts availability."
